Essential storage
cookie_consent stores your service choices for one year. A copy (dorigny_cookie_choices_v2) in local storage preserves the choice if cookies are unavailable and synchronizes open tabs. It expires after one year. Refusing optional services does not disable this record or online booking.
Google Analytics — audience measurement
Measures visits and clicks into booking through Google Tag Manager. Cookies _ga and _ga_*; Google receives browsing data and identifiers. This service is optional.
Google Analytics cookies generally last up to 2 years, depending on configuration. Tag Manager loads the Analytics service; it is not itself an essential cookie.
OpenAI — advertising measurement
Links visits and clicks into booking to OpenAI ads. Cookies __oppref (ad reference), __obref (browser identifier), and oaiq preference storage. This service is optional.
__oppref lasts up to 30 days and __obref up to one year. The SDK may also store __oaiq_consent (30 days), oaiq_consent in local storage and oaiq_cs:* for the browser session.
YouTube (Google) — embedded videos
Displays videos hosted by YouTube. YouTube receives connection data and may use cookies or storage for playback, measurement and advertising. Refusing blocks embedded players.
Cookie names and durations vary with playback, your Google account and YouTube settings. YouTube controls cookies on its own domains.
Refuse or change your choices
Use “Choose your own” in the banner or “Manage Cookies” in the footer. Switch services off and save, or refuse all. Saving changed choices reloads the page: refused scripts and videos no longer load, including on later visits. We remove known tracking cookies accessible on this website. We cannot erase cookies already stored on Google or YouTube domains; you can delete those in your browser. A refusal cannot undo data already transmitted before your choice.

Booking opens Denteo. External links (including Maps and social networks) open other websites, whose own cookie choices apply.
